Origin Story

Unmask the vigilante? Not so fast. That would defeat the purpose of the mission. However, here's how this idea germinated.

Flower Vigilante is a non-profit stemming from the idea that a pure act of unexpected kindness can turn around not just a person's day, but world outlook. And that one act of kindness can bloom into another.

The seed was planted when a certain someone was going through a rough time, and the doorbell rang. Thinking, "What now?," the door was opened to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers that said, simply: "From, A Friend".

The joy was weightless.
Something within healed.

No pressure to reciprocate, no thank you card to write. Nothing to do but enjoy the beauty while it lasted. That’s the trick of life, isn't it?

The mystery of the whodunit added yet another delicious layer to the delight.

Then the thought: What would happen if everyone could feel unconditional kindness when it is least expected?

Flower Vigilante was born.
